Court seeks explanation on quota for disabled

The Madras High Court has asked the Government to explain why it had reserved only 13 lecturer posts, instead of 30, for disabled candidates, in the selection for around 1,000 vacancies in government colleges. It also sought to know why hearing impaired candidates were left out of the reservation scheme.
